Which tools do you use?
We build on n8n for workflows, AI models for the parts that read and write, and the tools you already use: Gmail, Google Sheets, Calendly, your CRM.

No. Automations can connect to your existing website forms, email and tools. Many clients start with automation and redo the site later.
Is AI going to reply to my customers on its own?
Only where you want it to. Most clients start with AI drafting or sorting while a person approves, then let routine replies go out automatically.
What is n8n?
n8n is a workflow tool that connects apps (forms, email, spreadsheets, CRMs and AI models) and runs steps automatically. We build and host the workflows, and you can see every run.
What happens if an automation breaks?
Every run is logged and we set up failure alerts, so problems get caught and fixed quickly. Ongoing monitoring can be part of a care plan.
Do you only work with Bay Area businesses?
We're based in the Bay Area and serve Sacramento, Napa and Yolo County too, but automation work can be done for businesses anywhere.
